What this website collects

This site is static — plain pages with no server-side account system, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking scripts of any kind, and no cookies. Just browsing it sends nothing about you anywhere. The scroll animation you see as you read a page runs entirely in your browser, reads only whether you've asked your device to reduce motion, and touches no network or storage API.

The one exception is the coaching application form on /coaching/, covered in full below — it only ever sends anything if you actually use it.

The coaching application form

Applying for Creator Archives coaching means filling out a form on this site: your first name, last name, phone number, email address, how much you're currently making with TikTok Shop (picked from a set of ranges), and a short answer on why you're a good fit. We collect this to evaluate your application and to follow up with you about it — nothing else.

The legal basis for contacting you afterward is your own consent: the form has a checkbox, separate from the required fields, where you agree to be contacted about your application by email and by text. We only use your contact details for that purpose.

If you start the form, check that consent box, and fill in your name, phone, and email — but don't finish the rest of it — we still receive that partial information, specifically so we can follow up with people who were interested but didn't complete an application. This only happens once you've checked the consent box; nothing is sent while you're still typing, and nothing is sent at all if you never check it.

Submissions — complete or incomplete — are stored and delivered to us by Netlify Forms, the form-handling service this site is hosted on, not by any analytics or advertising company. We keep application data for as long as we're actively evaluating or following up on it, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you re-apply or have questions about it; if you enroll, the same information becomes part of your member record for your Program Term. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Making a data request below.

If you finish and submit the form, a Calendly scheduler loads directly on the same page so you can book your call without leaving it. That embed is Calendly's own third-party code — it only loads at that point, after you've already submitted the form, never before and never for a visitor who hasn't. Once it loads, Calendly sets its own cookies and handles the scheduling interaction directly; we don't control what it collects. See Calendly's own privacy policy for what that covers.

Enrolling

If you enroll, the enrollment and payment process collects whatever it needs to take your payment and give you access to the program — for example your name, contact details, and payment information, handled by whatever payment processor is in place at the time you enroll.

Revenue documentation, for guarantee claims only

If you make a claim under the money-back guarantee, the signed Coaching Services Agreement's Section 4.3 requires you to provide documentation to verify your Gross Program Revenue — for example TikTok Shop Seller Center or Creator dashboard statements, payout records, and brand deal or retainer payment records. We request and use that documentation only to verify and process your guarantee claim; see the Refund Policy page for the full guarantee terms.

Making a data request

If you want to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — including an application you submitted, complete or partial, whether or not you go on to enroll — the signed Agreement's own communication channel is the right one to use if you're an enrolled member: the Creator Archives Discord. If you're not, reply to whatever email or text we followed up with you on, or use the same phone number or email you applied with to reach us. We'll respond using that same channel.
