§5 · Your responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Engage in good faith with the coaching, materials, and community provided.
  • Attend your scheduled calls and respond to coaching communications in a timely manner.
  • Implement the guidance provided and maintain consistent, active effort on your TikTok Shop account.
  • Comply with TikTok Shop's terms of service, community guidelines, and all applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate information, including the revenue documentation requested if you make a guarantee claim.

§6 · No guarantee of results

Other than the specific money-back guarantee in Section 4 (see the Refund Policy), we make no promise, warranty, or guarantee regarding your income, sales, follower count, brand deals, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and changes to the TikTok Shop platform.

§7 · Independent contractor relationship

We provide coaching and educational services only. Nothing in the Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Creator Archives. You are solely responsible for your own business — including all TikTok Shop compliance, your tax obligations, and your own business decisions.

§8 · Confidentiality and intellectual property

All coaching materials, courses, templates, strategies, and content shared through the program — including inside the Creator Archives Discord and any private group chats — are the confidential and proprietary property of Creator Archives. You may use these materials for your own TikTok Shop business only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share them with anyone outside the program.

§9 · Term and termination

You may cancel your participation at any time by written notice to us; however, early cancellation forfeits your eligibility for the money-back guarantee described on the Refund Policy page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the program, without refund, if you violate the Agreement, engage in abusive conduct toward us or other members, or violate TikTok Shop's policies.

§10 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of the Agreement will not exceed the total amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

§11

Governing law and disputes

The Agreement is governed by the law of the State of California. Disputes are resolved informally first, and if that does not settle them, through binding arbitration. Where anything on this page conflicts with your own signed copy of the Agreement, the signed Agreement governs.
