Refund Policy

§3 · The short version

Outside of the guarantee described below, payments to Creator Archives are non-refundable. $1,000 for Creator Archives and $5,000 for Creator Archives Premium are each a flat fee for the full 6 months — not a subscription and not billed monthly — and enrolling is the same commitment either way.

§4.1 – §4.2 · The money-back guarantee

If your Gross Program Revenue over the Program Term is less than the total amount you paid, we refund you the difference between what you paid and what you earned — subject to the conditions below. This is not a promise of what you will earn; it is a conditional refund of a shortfall if you earn less than you paid, only available to clients who meet every condition in Section 4.3.

"Gross Program Revenue" means the total gross earnings you receive through your TikTok Shop account during the Program Term — product sale commissions, affiliate commissions, brand deal payments, and retainer payments — before any deduction for TikTok Shop fees, product costs, advertising spend, taxes, or any other expense.

§4.3 · To qualify, all seven must be true

The guarantee only applies if every one of the following is true. Missing any one of them — even if your revenue fell short of what you paid — means the guarantee does not apply.

1. You remain actively enrolled in the Program for the full Program Term and do not cancel or withdraw early.
2. You attend at least 80% of scheduled live coaching calls (1-on-1 and/or group, as applicable to your Program).
3. You actively implement the strategies, action items, and guidance provided, in good faith.
4. You post content and operate your TikTok Shop account consistently with the volume and cadence recommended to you.
5. You maintain an active, compliant TikTok Shop account throughout the Program Term — the Guarantee does not apply if your account is suspended, banned, or restricted due to your own violation of TikTok Shop policies.
6. You submit a written refund request within thirty (30) days after the end of the Program Term.
7. You provide documentation reasonably requested to verify your Gross Program Revenue — for example TikTok Shop Seller Center or Creator dashboard statements, payout records, and brand deal or retainer payment records.

§4.4 · How a refund is paid

• We pay a verified refund within thirty (30) days of confirming your documentation, using your original payment method where possible.
• You are entitled to at most one (1) refund under your Agreement.
• The refund does not include, and you are not entitled to reimbursement for, ad spend, product costs, TikTok Shop fees, taxes, or any other business expense you incurred.

§9 · Cancelling early

You can cancel your participation at any time by written notice. Cancelling — or withdrawing — before the end of the Program Term forfeits your eligibility for the money-back guarantee, even if you would otherwise have qualified.
